Refund & Returns Policy

1. Refunds

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from “Fan Crafted”. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 10 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

1. Returns

  • If you need to return an item, please contact us at fancrafted24@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over 500 rupees, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fancrafted24@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
